Refunds

We do not offer refunds due to the nature of our products. If your item has arrived damaged or not as described then please get in touch with us to discuss. Our items do vary in colour due to each batch being handmade. Products may not always look exactly like the picture on our website despite the same ingredients being used. 

If the item is damaged due to shipping then please be sure to take photographs of both the damaged item and the damaged box it arrived in so it can be investigated and where possible claimed back from the courier.

Due to the nature of our products, it is not possible to return them for a refund. This is mainly due to hygiene reasons and in keeping with the high standard of our products. Shipping in the UK is displayed beside product price. We do not currently offer overseas postage. If you are ordering items over £40, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance which can be added as an extra cost when ordering. This is to account for if an item/s go missing in the post. Being a small business, we cannot currently afford to be held accountable for missing items. 

We are a sustainable business and try to use as little plastic in our packaging as possible. All items used in our packaging are either recyclable, biodegradable or have been previously recycled.
